RIM know as reaction injection molding, is with the excellent product performance and widely used in big size parts in Car body, medical machines, instruments and industrial parts. RIM process is a process that 2 liquid components PU material mixed and injected together into the mold in low pressure and low temperature, by mean time react and cure than forms the part.
RIM PU is polyurethane polymer with the light weight, high strength, chemical resistance and tearing resistance that can be used as the final material for end use product in the product market.

RIM PU material is a good flow ability material, its shrinkage is very small, and product wall thickness is from 6mm thru 28mm, Inserts like bosses and ribs is able to mount in mold out without causing sink mark. And also the PU products have a good performance in decorating adorpted such as painting and printing.
